The Hirsch has been in the same family for over 200 years and offers excellent food at any time of year. "Wholesome, natural Swabian produce represents culinary quality of life" - that's the philosophy of the catering here to which the members of the Kottmann family have committed themselves.
The award-winning culinary skills of August and Andreas Kottmann, the chefs de cuisine, have received many international prizes, and both down-to-earth Swabian fare or more exclusive, modern dishes are sure to satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. There's also an in-house fruit brandy distillery.
