In 2018 the second Jaz in the City Hotel with 166 rooms will open. Every room has a rainshower, a nespresso coffee machine, free wifi and a fridge for some cold drinks. Also you will find full-climate rooms, with a safe and yoga-kit for relaxation.

The Rythms Bar & Kitchen offers local and regional products with a high quality. You will find Swabian specialities , combined with international flavours and a selection of dry aged beef and faboulus steaks.

The roof-top-bar is located at the 6th floor and you will have a beautiful view over Stuttgart. Whether if you would like to work in a special place or just relax with some cool drinks. 

Live bands or a DJ will perform during the week or at the weekends at our restaurant and bar area.

Our guests will get a 24h service at the reception desk, also in all areas the guests can use the high-speed wifi-connection. The hotel offers anti-allergic rooms and a free spa area with sauna and steam bath.

For Events or conferences you will find a meeting area with round about 180 qm and Boardrooms on the 6th floor which are connected to the roof top area.
