Content - Just switch off:
"I wish I had a remote control so I could finally switch off my head."

After a defeat, soccer coaches like to advise their team to "clear their heads". The aim is to forget the humiliation so that they can shine again in the next game and give their all.

Some dissatisfied players would "like to be at peace with themselves again" if their plans were thrown overboard on the fifth day.

Some stressed-out people would like to "just switch off" after a stressful day at work with countless meetings.

And in the film "Last Samurai", a young samurai advises the American captain Nathan Algren (played by Tom Cruise) to "not always think so much" when fighting with a stick. Thinking makes him slow to react. The young samurai's advice: think less so that you can intuitively dodge your opponent's stick strikes and return them harder.

So somehow it should be possible to simply switch off and finally clear your head. In this Friday Night Coaching session, you will find out whether there is a wipe mob for the brain and how to stop thoughts.
