The musical, which of course bears his name, brings the legend back to life. "ELVIS - The Musical" is a biography of the "King of Rock'n'Roll" peppered with all his great hits.
The world's most successful solo artist was only 42 years old and has shaped all generations like no other with his music ever since. To create a musical memorial to the "King", "ELVIS - The Musical" went on tour for the first time in January 2015. The two-and-a-half-hour live spectacle presents Elvis Presley's entire musical repertoire - from gospel and blues to uninhibited rock'n'roll - and impressively revisits his life in selected highlights.
Emotional, powerful-voiced and rousing: "ELVIS - The Musical" takes the audience on a unique journey through time and allows them to experience the idol of an entire generation live once again at various stages of his life. Elaborate choreography, play scenes and original film sequences take you through the most important stages of Elvisʻ life.
First-class singers, actors, showgirls and the seven-piece "Las Vegas Showband" create an unforgettable musical experience. With Grahame Patrick, "ELVIS - The Musical" has the world's "best Elvis performer since Elvis" in its ranks - and of course the great hits are interpreted live: From "Love Me Tender" to "Jailhouse Rock" and "Suspicious Minds".
In addition to the outstanding protagonists, "ELVIS - The Musical" also owes its uniqueness to the inclusion of real contemporary witnesses and companions. Ed Enoch, leader of the legendary "The Stamps Quartet", was on stage with Elvis at over 1,000 concerts from 1971 to 1977. He will also be supporting the show with his "Stamps" during the upcoming tour.
