A panel discussion about the hope, aspirations and reality of young Jewish life today. With Alon Bindes, Shimon Motsa, Monty Ott, Lisa Strelkowa. Moderation: Eric Friedler In cooperation with the Israelitische Religionsgemeinschaft Württembergs (IRGW)

Alon Bindes studies economics at the University of Hohenheim. As President of the Jewish Student Union Württemberg (JSUW), he is committed to a visible, young and active Jewish life. He is also chairman of the regional committee of the Jewish regional associations.

Shimon Motsa was born in Stuttgart and is a trained image and sound media designer. He became involved in Jewish life in Germany at an early age and worked as an assistant rabbi in the Jewish community of Osnabrück.
He has been the IRGW's Family Representative since 2023. In this role, Shimon Motsa heads the "comJewnity" department and is particularly keen to make Jewish life in and around the community more attractive to young adults.

Monty Ott is a political and religious scientist as well as a political writer. He publishes on daily political topics and deals with anti-Semitism, remembrance culture, intersectionality and queerness in his articles. He has been involved in educational work on anti-Semitism for over a decade.
At the beginning of 2023, a reportage volume co-authored with Ruben Gerczikow entitled "Wir lassen uns nicht unterkriegen - Junge jüdische Politik in Deutschland" was published.
Ott was the founding chairman of Keshet Deutschland e.V. from 2018 to 2021.

Lisa Strelkowa is studying clinical psychology and psychotherapy at the University of Ulm and is a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation. As Vice President of the Jewish Student Union Württemberg (JSUW), Strelkowa is committed to a diverse, colorful and tolerant Jewish life.
She has also been a local councillor in Ulm since 2024. She is also involved in the House of History BW and the Diakonisches Werk Württemberg.
