During the cold season, the ice cream workshop is transformed into a soup workshop. From fall to spring, freshly prepared, handmade soups are offered daily - made from regional and seasonal ingredients in organic quality. All soups are made without artificial additives and the range varies regularly. In summer, the focus is on artisan ice cream production: exclusively with natural ingredients, often vegan, free from flavorings and additives. Eiswerkstatt is Stuttgart's only certified organic ice cream parlor, supports local businesses and attaches great importance to fair payment and creative recipes. Quality and care are paramount for all products.
