Balaustine

Stuttgart skyline meets Middle Eastern cuisine: on the tenth floor of the Porsche Design Tower, diners can feast in the style of modern Levantine cuisine. Smoked eggplant, grilled pulpo, salmon orzotto or beef kebab - many dishes are available to share, because "sharing is caring" is Balaustine's motto. But that's not a must for dessert: baklava croissant, tahini crème brulée or vegan malabi can also be eaten on their own.
