Heaven's Kitchen is the first vegan zero-waste café in Baden-Württemberg. In addition to a heavenly interior, the café impresses with a fine selection of homemade vegan specialties. In addition to vegan egg dishes, there is homemade cashew cheese and yogurt as well as the tempting "Notella" and crunchy, delicious granola, which give every breakfast the final kick. We also bake our own bread, so every breakfast is accompanied by delicious spelt rolls or sourdough bread from the Heaven's Kitchen bakery. From Wednesday to Friday, the Heaven's Kitchen team conjures up a varied lunch menu and at the weekend it's brunch time. Opening hours are Wednesday to Sunday 10:00-15:00 and 18:00-23:00 (except Sundays). Reservations are recommended.
In order to come closer to the goal of maximum waste avoidance, there is even an in-house composting plant in the cellar as a special highlight. This means that no organic waste is produced and all food waste is processed directly into nutrient-rich fertilizer.
