The first vegan butcher's shop in Baden-Württemberg was opened in 2025 and is located at Eberhardstraße 31-33 in Stuttgart. It is part of a franchise company that is already successful in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. This special butcher's shop offers a variety of plant-based products that are reminiscent of a traditional butcher's shop. The range includes "No Leberkäs-Wecken", "No Lyoner" and "No Bratwurst". All products are produced at the Dresden headquarters without preservatives. The flavors are reminiscent of traditional home cooking, but without animal ingredients. There are also new creations, snacks, delicatessen salads, spreads and, of course, vegan Maultaschen and vegan potato salad. The butcher's motto is "Friends Not Food", which emphasizes the enjoyment of plant-based products rather than the avoidance of animal products.
