Yangguofu

Malatang is made up of "ma" (numbing), "la" (spicy) and "tang" (soup). So you already know pretty much what you're in for. Here you can cook, er, put together your own soup. In chic supermarket style, there is a large selection of vegetables, meat, mushrooms or noodles. A spicy broth is served on top and various toppings, sauces and herbs are added to refine the dish. Payment is by weight.
