This is immediately put into practice: Customers wait patiently for their "Brotzeit". Those who arrive at the counter are rewarded with regional quality. Chemical additives, enzymes or other artificial substances are taboo. In addition to sourdough and spelt bread, rolls and cakes, there are also sweet and savory snacks, sandwiches, homemade muesli, salads, coffee specialties and smoothies. Particularly popular are the snail noodles, which are classically filled with apple and cinnamon or innovatively with raspberries and white chocolate.
