Bistro Einstein

In summer, a sun terrace on Wilhelmsplatz shows off its Mediterranean side: Stuttgart's Francophile community comes together in the "Bistro Einstein". The typical bistro tables and tiled floors set the tone. The menu does the rest. Tarte flambée, quiches and merguez, galettes, crêpes and crème brûlée transport you to an early French vacation.
