The Hegel Eins in the Stuttgart Linden Museum is a modern 'hunter's lounge': clear design, complete with shingle panels, moss green walls, magnificent chandeliers and a fireplace. In the daytime, the kitchen serves up a delicious lunchtime menu; in the afternoons, home-made cake and coffee specialities are the order of the day. There is an Alpine-Mediterranean atmosphere in the evening with fish and game dishes on the bill of fare.
