We are a house with long lasting tradition. What has started in the years 1906/07 with the "Eiss'sche Stammhaus Gasthaus Hirsch" has developed to a pleasant and well-liked hotel within the last 90 years. Our restaurant is proud of its terrific reputation, because where else could you be served the swabian dishes better than right in the heart of the country! The comfortable wine-Stube "Alt-Eltlingen" with grapevines enjoys high popularity.
