Ochsen Uhlbach

Leberspatzen (liver noodles) with potato salad or the Sunday roast from the oven - to many of Stuttgart's inhabitants the Ochsen represents a piece of home. And Uta and Elke Wagner, who continue the tradition now in the fourth generation, have undertaken to keep it that way.
