Old Bridge Gelateria
Stuttgart locals can eat ice cream like the Romans at "Old Bridge". The ice cream parlor of the same name has been one of the top addresses for gelato enjoyment in Rome for over 35 years. It has been represented twice in Stuttgart since 2009: in Eberhardstraße and in Bolzstraße. The homemade ice cream, made according to the original Roman recipe, is natural, without preservatives or flavor enhancers and is served using the Italian spatula technique. It was named the best in Germany by the gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker". There are 24 varieties every day and the range comprises over 70 creations in total. The seasonal range can sometimes be extravagant: In the fall there are "chestnut" balls, in the summer "ricotta pistachio made from sheep's milk cheese".
