A fresh breeze is blowing here, as the Schweizers has a new restaurant manager in Ralf Pinzenscham. The sommelier comes from the world of Michelin-starred gastronomy and has a fresh team at his side. What hasn't changed: quality is the top priority. Two innovative 6-course menus are offered daily, always including a vegetarian option with fresh vegetables from the region.
