The fragrant coffee, which comes from selected fincas in Honduras, is certified according to Fairtrade standards. There, the beans are harvested by hand under optimal conditions and then processed into "Mela coffee" in the company's own roasting plant. The company's philosophy emphasizes sustainability and fair trade, which is why both environmentally friendly cultivation methods and fair payment of the farmers play a central role.
