In the family-run gourmet restaurant at the Hotel Hirsch, the motto is "classy, but not stiff". With Michelin-starred chef Michael Oettinger at the helm since 2005, guests can expect French-inspired dishes that are peppered with regional accents and always to the point. Offal such as sweetbreads are also regularly on the menu.
