Located in the Bohnenviertel district, the restaurant has been run by Karen and Axel Heldmann since 1993 with great attention to detail and innovation:

The kitchen spoils you with seasonal, regional and vegetarian dishes, including a large magic menu - if you would like to learn the art of cooking yourself, you can do so as a "sorcerer's apprentice" in the hotel's one-day cooking courses.
