You can still feel the history of this house in the center of Obertürkheim today: what was a mill centuries ago, was then converted into a half-timbered house in 1803 and is now, of course, a listed building, exudes a spirit of tradition. A spirit to which we are committed:

Nevertheless, we are not closed to the new. Under the heading "Lo Chef consiglia", "The Chef recommends", you will find delicious creations that reveal the chef's mastery.
