The Stuttgart Observatory is run by the "Schwäbische Sternwarte e.V." association and is located on the Uhlandshöhe in the middle of the state capital Stuttgart.
Since 1922, the observatory has been offering visitors a live view of the sky during public guided tours using the observatory's telescopes. The staff work on a voluntary basis. Please note: Stuttgart Observatory is not staffed outside of guided tours.
