WABI SABI is a pop-up bar that has been enriching Stuttgart's nightlife since May 2024. The name is derived from the Japanese philosophy "Wabi-Sabi", which recognizes and appreciates the beauty in imperfection and transience.
The bar boasts a modern, industrial design with dark brick walls, a white-tiled bar, red fluorescent tubes and traditional Chōchin lanterns. On two floors and a sun terrace, guests can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the "simplicity of life". In the late evening, changing DJs provide musical entertainment until late in the evening.
In addition to classic options such as beer, wine, sparkling wine and spritz varieties, the drinks menu also includes a selection of Japanese whiskies and specialty cocktails such as Yuzu Fizz, Tokyo 75 and Nagasaki Negroni. Wasabi nuts, fortune cookies and iconic cup noodles are served as snacks.
