After two weeks of intensive rehearsals and four concerts, each of which follows one of Bach's Kyrie Gloria masses and his artistic working process, the JSB Ensemble reaches its climax at the final concert. They will present the four short masses by Johann Sebastian Bach in the Liederhalle's largest hall - a unique opportunity to experience them together and in all their uniqueness! With these masterpieces of vocal music, Bach paved the way for the composition of his masterpiece, the Mass in B minor, from the 1730s onwards. Look forward to a performance full of emotion and energy under the direction of Hans-Christoph Rademann and with four outstanding soloists, including the teachers of the vocal masterclasses.
