40 Jahre King Rocko Schamoni

Location:
Theaterhaus, Siemensstr. 11, 70469 Stuttgart

40 years of Rocko Schamoni, the King is here to stay.
In 1985, Rocko Schamoni gave his first concerts as the opening act for the Golden Lemons, back then under his early pseudonym "Roddy Dangerblood". In 1986 he accompanied Die Toten Hosen on tour, from then on as "King Rocko Schamoni". Since then, he has performed well over 1000 gigs, released over 20 longplayers with his own band "Little Machine", with "Studio Braun" and "Fraktus", written 10 books, produced 10 plays, founded the Golden Pudel Club and accompanied various other projects. On this anniversary tour, the "King" - as close friends may call him - will present a cross-section of his musical and literary work. He will be accompanied by Joachim Franz Büchner.
If you miss it - you weren't there. Rocko Schamoni is an author, entertainer, musician, actor and stage artist. He lives in Hamburg. With his bestselling novels such as Dorfpunks and Große Freiheit, he fills
halls. For many years he ran the legendary Golden Pudel Club in St. Pauli together with Schorsch Kamerun. Bandleader and songwriter Joachim Franz Büchner is Hamburg's official mayor of the night (known for his 24-hour concerts, among other things) and a member of Ostzonensuppenwürfelmachenkrebs. His lyrics and songs combine the everyday with mysticism and glam. The Joachim Franz Büchner Band's second album "Hits in the Dark" was recently released on the Hanseplatte label.
