A Yiddische Leybn: A Yiddish Life — Eleanor Reissa singt

As part of the 9th Stuttgart Yidish Festival, the Gedenkort Hotel Silber is offering a musical matinée with Eleanor Reissa on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 11 am. The renowned New York artist will sing Yiddish songs and tell her special stories. She will be accompanied by Rob Schwimmer on the piano.

In the multi-award-winning ARD series "Die Zweiflers", Eleanor Reissa plays the senior boss Lilka Zweifler. She is currently finishing filming the second season in Germany. She was already a guest at "Hotel Silber" in 2024: she presented her book "The Letters Project - A Daughter's Journey" (set link: https://hotel-silber.de/the-letters-project-a-daughters-journey) and talked about the search for traces of her father, Holocaust survivor Chaskel Schlüsselberg.
