The meeting of crime comedy and advice literature results in a humorously explosive mixture of wellness vacation and murder mystery.

Thanks to mindfulness, Björn Diemel has found his center. However, his problem areas are now the edges of his body, preferably around the middle of his stomach, due to excessive junk food consumption. When strangers try to kidnap Björn's daughter, he has difficulty fleeing from the perpetrators due to his fullness. So Björn asks Joschka Breitner to coach him on the principles of conscious nutrition. He immerses himself in the fascinating world of therapeutic fasting and nutritional building blocks.

Björn still has no idea how wonderfully nutrition, relaxation and the dissolution of violent fantasies can be combined. But you know what to expect from Karsten Dusse: There will be dead bodies. And the hero of the story will lose weight. The fact that tigers and other zoo inhabitants as well as a mariuhana plantation will play a not insignificant role is an added bonus.
