Thanks to mindfulness, Björn Diemel has found his center. However, his problem areas are now the edges of his body, preferably around the middle of his stomach, due to excessive junk food consumption. When strangers try to kidnap Björn's daughter, he has difficulty fleeing from the perpetrators due to his fullness. So Björn asks Joschka Breitner to coach him on the principles of conscious nutrition. He immerses himself in the fascinating world of therapeutic fasting and nutritional building blocks.
