Adventszauber 2025
- Location:
- Stadtkirche, Marktplatz 1, 70372 Stuttgart - Bad Cannstatt
The 2025 Advent season will once again begin with a concert highlight in a class of its own. For the 11th time, the "Advent Magic" in Cannstatt's town church will spark musical highlights - traditionally on the 1st Advent, which this year falls on Sunday, November 30. This event has been delighting music lovers from near and far for years. "Entertaining and rousing", "Performances of high quality", "A delightful experience", these are just some of the comments from an enthusiastic audience. This year's event once again offers a wide range of music. Our performers will ensure this:
Kevin Tarte, celebrated musical star and original Krolock from "Dance of the Vampires" is already a regular at the event. His numerous fans in and around Stuttgart are thrilled every time the powerful-voiced and charismatic singer, who can now look back on a career spanning more than 30 years in Germany, takes to the stage. Most recently, he was frequently seen in productions at the Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein in Füssen as the shadow man in the musical "Ludwig 2" or as Rabanus in "Die Päpstin" or in Ralph Segel's masterpiece "Zeppelin" as Jim Cagney.
Anyone who claims that an artist cannot also be convincing in various musical genres does not know Misha Kovar. She is now one of the most popular musical singers in Europe, playing one leading role after another at the Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein in Füssen, for example as Johanna in "Die Päpstin", or as Pamina in "Die Zauberflöte" or as Empress Elisabeth in the Ludwig musical or as Emmy Berg in "Zeppelin or as Angel in "Gest der Weihnacht. But she has also made a name for herself in the pop music industry and is now the host of "Schlagernacht im Allgäu". Misha's voice covers four and a half (!) octaves and can be heard for the first time at the "Adventszauber".
Anita Hofmann, too, is a musical all-rounder. After separating from her sister Alexandra, she is now very successful as a solo artist. Critics say you can't describe her voice, you have to hear it. As a trained soprano, her musical range is also enormous: pop hits, classical music and numerous instruments. Alphorn sounds will be heard for the first time at the Advent Magic. Goosebump moments are guaranteed.
Violin Rose delivers live music at its finest on the violin (Zorana Memedovic) and the piano (Antonia Bott). The two already impressed the audience last year with their virtuoso playing.
The start to the Advent season could not be more beautiful. The musical highlights of the "Advent Magic" now radiate far beyond Stuttgart.
