ALFONS - Class! (new program)
Alfons came, saw - and fell in love immediately: Alfons and Germany fell in love over three decades ago. And now? What happened to the love match? Is the passion still burning? Or do Alfons and Germany just sit together in front of "Tatort", in their underwear on the sofa, and nobody talks to each other anymore? And anyway, how is Germany doing? How are the Germans doing? What is going on with coexistence in the land of poets and pensioners? Between east and west, rich and poor, young and not so young? Is our democracy broken? And if so, is it a warranty case or will we have to pay for the repairs ourselves in the end? Alfons is worried about his great love: Germany. And he sets out in search of answers. One realization comes quickly: the time of slipper democracy is over! We all have to do something - but what?
In what is now his eighth program, the cult reporter and Puschel philosopher once again succeeds in his inimitable way of wrapping up big topics in small anecdotes that are warm-hearted, funny and wonderfully far-sighted. "Klasse!" is a love letter to Germany - and a wake-up call in equal measure.
So if you've always wanted to know what the rule of law and service station toilets have to do with each other, how you can learn from Asterix for collective bargaining in Germany or what Alfons experiences as an overburdened substitute teacher in a German problem class, then you've come to the right place. And if you simply need an evening out to restore your faith in humanity, then you've come to the right place.
He is all about humanity. As a postmodern clown and fine storyteller, he not only hits the audience in the heart with this, Alfons proves himself to be a fighter for democracy in his new program, and always with humour. That is exactly what (great) cabaret is.

An impressive performance that is rewarded with thunderous applause.
