The sequel to "Everything is Upside Down" shows the ups and downs of puberty through personified emotions in the head of 13-year-old Riley. Suddenly the red alarm button starts flashing wildly: a squad of construction workers storms the command center to make room for new feelings. Joy, sorrow, fear, disgust and anger - already familiar from the first part - are completely overwhelmed by the situation. Doubt, envy, embarrassment and boredom slowly but surely take control of the control panel.
