André Weiss Keys & Strings Quartet

The combination of piano and guitar has always provided special moments in the history of jazz - think of Wes Montgomery with Wynton Kelly, Oscar Peterson with Joe Pass or Brad Mehldau with Peter Bernstein.

André Weiss (piano) and Linus Eppinger (guitar) meet in this tradition. With the rhythm section Daniel Nagel (bass) and Johannes Hamm (drums), they span the spectrum from the classical jazz repertoire to excursions in the direction of George Benson - always characterized by energy, joy of playing and lively interplay.
