In the fall of 1989, Luzy Morgenroth leads the life of a provincial policewoman on Amrum. Hardly anyone suspects that she was someone else a long time ago. When a local man disappears from the ferry without a trace on a stormy night, she has to face a hit squad that has come to the island and transforms back into the Luzy of old. A weapon.
In this spectacular spy thriller, Pflüger sends his heroine halfway around the world as an avenging angel at the end of the Cold War. She takes on a secret service empire that is protecting the man who destroyed her life. And it remains to be seen who is colder: her mortal enemy or her.
