25th anniversary string concert

The Anima String Quartet, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, is coming to Stuttgart with a special concert. The members of the ensemble - Gábor Soós (1st violin), Albert S. Szilárd (2nd violin), Ágoston Krajnik (viola) and Bence Blaskovics (violoncello) - have given more than 500 concerts in Hungary, numerous European and African countries since the ensemble was founded. The quartet's repertoire is broadly diversified and ranges from classical masterpieces to contemporary compositions and crossover projects. In addition to its intensive concert activities, the ensemble is particularly committed to the musical education of young people and the communication of classical music to a wide audience. For this work, the quartet was awarded the Reményi Prize by the city of Miskolc in 2013.
The program of the Stuttgart concert includes important works of the string quartet literature:
-Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: String Quartet in C major KV 465
-Ludwig van Beethoven: String Quartet in B flat major op. 18 no. 6
-Pjotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky: String Quartet in D major op. 11
