Five years after the mysterious disappearance of international bestselling author Adam Ashwood, the successful true-crime podcast “Dead Air” aims to finally solve the case. To do so, podcast host Sophie invites guests to an exclusive live event: a weekend at a remote mountain chalet on Lake Eibsee. Among the guests is YouTuber Mara, who is known for giving a voice to women who have been forgotten by society. Right in the first episode, it’s revealed: there’s an unpublished manuscript by Adam Ashwood. And that could be the all-important clue the public has been searching for for years.
