Anne-Sophie Mutter loves Mozart. She bows deeply to the master: "He will still be alive when I am long forgotten." But what could be better for his music than this master violinist par excellence? Anne-Sophie Mutter has performed Mozart's violin concertos countless times. Why Mozart again and again? "Because I love this music so much, because it sends shivers down my spine and moves me to tears, and because it touches the listener." Together with the Berlin Baroque Soloists, she brings another love of her life to the Viennese classic: as her husband and close artistic confidant, André Previn has composed numerous works into her soul. "He liberated me musically," says Mutter, because he helped her to find her own way.
