After their shows in summer 2025, Between The Buried And Me will return to Germany in spring 2026. The Blue Nowhere Tour marks a special chapter in the band's history - five exclusive concerts in intimate venues offer fans the rare opportunity to experience the exceptional progressive quintet up close.

2025 The Grammy-nominated progressive metallers thrilled audiences with successful performances in Munich, Berlin and Cologne. At selected shows, the band performed their influential album Colors (2007) in full - a milestone in the modern metal scene that has lost none of its impact even after more than 15 years.

With The Blue Nowhere, Between The Buried and Me now present their first studio album on InsideOutMusic. The conceptual work takes you to a fictional hotel - a place beyond all reality, characterized by inner isolation and existential reflection. "It's more about a feeling," says frontman Tommy Rogers. "These moments in which you feel completely alone and use this loneliness for introspection - that's The Blue Nowhere."

Musically, the album is as multi-layered as usual: between atmospheric density and brute dynamics, synthwave borrowings, jazzy twists and eruptive riffs can be heard - without losing the characteristic BTBAM sound. Tracks such as the ten-minute-long "Absent Thereafter" or the opening "Things We Tell Ourselves in the Dark" are exemplary of the band's creative range.

Since their formation in 2000, Between The Buried and Me have been continuously pushing the boundaries of the genre. With albums such as The Parallax II: Future Sequence, Coma Ecliptic and 2021's Colors II, they demonstrate conceptual depth, technical brilliance and a unique signature. Their music combines progressive rock, jazz, death metal and avant-garde elements to create a sound that defies categorization.
