With her new album Stories, recorded in New York, the young Swiss pianist Manon Mullener takes us on a musical journey inspired by the moving stories of people she has met all over the world.

Each track on this Cuban-influenced modern jazz album tells a unique life story, such as that of Zoila, a 95-year-old Cuban grandmother who remembers the perfumery she ran with her husband in Havana in the 1950s, or that of Noh, a Mexican cab driver committed to Mayan values, and Willard, an opera fan from the upscale neighborhoods of New York City. A tour of 100 concerts worldwide will allow audiences to discover these musical stories live, with an energy and depth that promises unforgettable emotions.
