Nature in its many facets is reflected in Frank Heinkel's latest album "Bliss". It is inspired by wind and waves, by whales and shamanic songs, by dances and starry sparkles, by letting go, being reborn and much more.
Through his authenticity and closeness to the audience, he creates special sound experiences that touch the heart and soul.

The idea of an album consisting only of N'goni's own compositions was already a dream for Frank Heinkel a few years ago. However, there was a lack of song material and the dream seemed a long way off.

Frank experimented with new playing techniques, tunings and timbres and built his own N'gonis with 12 and 14 strings instead of the previous 10. This opened up new possibilities and often simple patterns resulted in tiny hints of direction. He followed the traces of his own sound and thus entered fascinating new spaces. The material was now there!

Each of the 10 songs on Heinkel's album "BLISS" tells its own story, full of character and potential.

About Frank: Frank feels like a person who makes music and expresses himself through it. He builds instruments to give his emotional world its own vehicle. He teaches in order to pass on his knowledge in a meaningful exchange.
These roles are fed by his experiences in sport, as a Feldenkrais teacher, in crafts, through travel and in relational exchange. They shape him as a person and thus influence his roles.
He is fascinated by the profound potential of music. Regardless of one's own culture, it works and touches. It continues where the mind has reached its limit. In a kind of primal communication. Experiencing this exchange, whether as a solo musician or in an orchestra, as a teacher on courses or when building instruments, is a great moment of happiness for him.

The concert is held on a donation basis.
Everyone is welcome - just give what you can and what you want.
