BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT in STUTTGART

Welcome to my new workshop series BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT
A unique format that can't be experienced anywhere else.
I combine my decades of experience as a dance teacher with my equally long study of energetic anatomy.
Unlike the Transformational Breathwork Journeys, which focus on psychotherapeutic issues and emotional healing, this is more about building your own resources and resilience through direct experience of energetic connections. I guide you through selected spiritual levels and connect them with their corresponding places in the body. We then playfully bring these into movement.
This course is suitable for you, whether you have experience in dance, energy work, breathwork or not!
There is space for exchange and reflection, sensing and meditation, deep concentration and letting go, partner work and spontaneity.
From gentle, rhythmic breathing patterns to circular breathing and conscious breath holding: each technique is like a door that leads you deeper into the encounter with yourself and reminds you of your inner wisdom.
