Tour de France The popular concert series Bubu's French Night at BIX Jazzclub Stuttgart invites you to a new musical journey on June 10, 2026. Under the motto "Tour de France", the audience can expect an evening full of sounds and nostalgic memories

A musical journey through the most famous French songs of the second half of the 20th century.
The young guitarist Simon Adant, one of the most promising representatives of the new French jazz scene, will be the focus of the evening. His multi-faceted playing combines influences from modern jazz, Northern European sounds and French and American musical traditions to create a personal and expressive style.

On this Bubu's French Night, Nicolas "Bubu" Buvat and Simon Adant, together with drummer Felix Eckenfelder, present a fresh perspective on the French repertoire. With great sensitivity and joy of playing, they combine atmospheric soundscapes with rousing, intense solos and thus revive both well-known and hidden facets of French music.

Born in Haute-Savoie in 2001, Simon Adant discovered his passion for the guitar at an early age. He found his first musical influences in the worlds of rock and metal before his training at French conservatories led him in the direction of jazz. After studying at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels, he continued his artistic development at the renowned Center des Musiques Didier Lockwood. Today he can be heard both as bandleader of his own projects and as a sought-after sideman on the stages of Paris and Brussels.
