On 7.2.2026 at 7 p.m., "Norbert Eilts - Wortkino Theater" will commemorate Germany's greatest satirist - Wilhelm Busch - with BUSCHWERK at the Zaißerei. A furious program with Lower Saxony's most famous bearded man at its center.
With his word cinema theater, Norbert Eilts presents a heart-warming
comic-melancholic journey through the life and work of Germany's greatest satirist
. Wilhelm Busch's grotesque portrayal of human
nastiness and crassness is of everlasting comedy. Despite many
punchlines, life was not a punchline for the Lower Saxon bearded man, humorist,
caricaturist and cartoonist. His incomparable humor
arose from an existential confrontation with the ambivalent nature of man and still triggers liberating laughter today. Admission is at 6.30 pm. There will be an aperitif and specialties from the cold buffet beforehand.
