her new cabaret theater evening "Unterhaltung - ein Sozialdebattl" (Entertainment - a Social Debate).
exploitation of women and Austrian social history.
In her search for a carer for her elderly grandmother, whose life as a
life as a maid has only ever meant working, praying and keeping house, Teichmann stumbles
unintentionally funny about the pitfalls of her own convictions and
necessities and exposes herself and the audience as accomplices in exploitative
exploitative systems past and present. It's a good laugh - and
tragic and touching in between.
