Circle of Friends – Informationsabend für Interessierte

At the information evening, you will get to know the Circle of Friends concept and exchange ideas with other interested people.

"Circle of Friends" is a 12-week course concept from Finland and the USA that was developed as an effective strategy against loneliness and has been scientifically supported. The core idea: small groups meet weekly under the guidance of volunteer facilitators - with a clear goal: the participants should grow together into an independently functioning circle of friends that remains binding, sustainable and enriching even after the course ends. By exchanging and deepening contacts, not only can the social network be expanded, but well-being can also be increased.
A training course for volunteer moderators is also planned for Saturday, 8 November.
