It is about Lindiwe, 14 years old, who is growing up as a Berlin city teenager in the cultural clash of her family in Berlin. A few years ago, Lindiwe's sister disappeared without a trace and was last seen in the forest on the outskirts of Berlin. This is not the only reason Lindiwe is drawn to the forest again and again - nature seems to be calling her and becoming more and more urgent. While jogging, she hears her sister's voice again and again, mingling with the call of nature, moss begins to grow on her cheek. And she is not alone in this. A surprise visit from her cousin Unathi from South Africa, with whom she shares a room from now on, leads her to a surprising realization. She is not alone in her magical change, and she slowly realizes the dimension that the forest holds for her. Grandma Gogo is now more important to her than ever.
A play about a youthful friendship, a growing desire for nature, magical forests, the search for one's own identity and the power of change.
