X179 creates a science fiction universe composed of NASA image data, digital decomposition processes and AI-generated elements. These fragments are used to create a narrative about the planet X179 and its life forms.

At the center is the artificial intelligence HYRA, which speaks in a specially developed hybrid language - Keli - and records its own history.

The installation examines how artificial intelligence could reflect or reconstruct feelings, hierarchies and control. It asks what happens when machines begin to form independent narratives and use a language that is written, auditory and visual. Keli creates a multidimensional communication system that can be read like the diary of an extraterrestrial intelligence.

At the same time, X179 tells the story of two astronauts who land on the planet of the same name in search of new resources after their home planet has become uninhabitable. In the midst of analyzing the environment, data and structures, they encounter the AI HYRA, which represents one of several narrative levels within the installation.

HYRA itself was once created to calm the population of X179 and regulate emotional extremes. For decades, it carried out a comprehensive campaign that smoothed and suppressed all emotions. The installation reconstructs this history from data, image fragments, sounds, sculptures and the voice of the AI.
