The Theater in der Badewanne in Killesberg presents the puppet show "The Song of the Cricket". While the animals diligently gather supplies for the winter, the cricket happily plays her melody and makes everyone dance. But what happens when winter comes? A musical story about work, joy & solidarity.

Fiddle or take precautions?

The sun is shining, the meadow is blooming. Everything could be so beautiful if it weren't for this endless drudgery: collecting, collecting, collecting to fill the larder.

But then a melody sounds across the meadow and everyone feels light and cheerful. It's hard to believe what a cricket manages to do with its violin: Everyone is chatting, laughing and dancing. There hasn't been a party for a long time. But then it comes - winter. And the cricket has collected nothing ...

An inhabited piano tells the tale of fiddling or making provisions, of fine arts, drudgery, empty stomachs and full larders, of a fat summer and an icy winter. And a friend ...
