Dem Krähe sein Stuttgart

Reading, talk and flight of the crows with Ulf Stolterfoht, moderated by Helmut Böttiger

Krähe may have conquered the whole world in the course of his adventures, but the nucleus of his wondrous work, his "very own glowing core", lies in the Swabian province. This is where he goes to school, laces up his soccer boots for ABV Stuttgart, receives a proper education, becomes politicized and radicalized, forms his first band and finally finds his way to poetry. And so it is perhaps not too much of a surprise that Krähe simply wants to say "thank you" with this audio installation for everything this city has done for him. This city that will always remain his city. The language of the installation is High German, a Swabian audio guide is still in the works. In Ulf Stolterfoht's new volume of poetry "Rückkehr von Krähe", a long adventure poem, the changeable bird makes an appearance. A flock of crows lands on Berliner Platz with verses read from the poetry book. Krah! Follow the call.
