"We must have overlooked something in the everyday order of things. The cupboards have been secretly moved, the chairs rearranged."
A figure walks through this uncertain world: rooms made of coarse felt - the fabric of organic interweaving. She gropes for a foothold between what has been lost and what is newly emerging. The felt rears up, the threat becomes tangible. How far will we go? How far have we already gone - and where do we want to go? Perhaps we need to listen more closely to elemental life and the things around us. What would they whisper to us if we understood their language? A goblin jumps out of the felt, who probably knows this secret - but doesn't want to reveal it easily.
"The Pomegranate" plays, musically choreographed, with figures, things and pictorial metaphors. The production deals with the feeling of insecurity in a world that has become alien.
