In the midst of the Syrian war, three siblings embark on a dangerous journey to fulfill their deceased father's last wish. Director Yvonne Racine picks up on the grotesque and poetic nature of the novel in this production and, together with actors Mhd Wahid Albarzawi and Nina Birringer, provides a moving insight into the lives of the siblings.
